Healing begins when we feel safe enough to be honest—with ourselves and others. In therapy, I create a space where youth, teens, and young adults can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, identity questions, or major life transitions, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. I specialize in supporting young people and survivors of domestic violence who are learning to process their pain, rediscover their voice, and build resilience. My background includes years of experience working in behavioral health with children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional and environmental stress.
In our sessions, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped you, while building coping skills, emotional insight, and self-confidence. I incorporate evidence-based practices and a strengths-based lens to help you move forward with greater clarity, hope, and a stronger sense of self.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process—it’s not about having all the answers, but about being brave enough to start asking the right questions. If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Heart-led, trauma-informed therapists dedicated to guiding you in getting to the root of your heart.
