April 28 – June 16 | In-Person (Omaha, NE)
Limited to 8 participants | $325 total
About the Group
Today, teens are growing up in a world of constant comparison, social media, and unrealistic expectations.
Even confident, high-achieving girls can quietly struggle with:
- self-doubt
- insecurity
- people-pleasing
- fear of rejection
- feeling “not enough”
As a result, many begin to believe:
- “I’m not good enough”
- “I’m not doing enough”
- “Everyone else has it figured out except me”
What Your Teen Will Learn
This group helps teens understand why they feel this way and how to shift it.
They will learn how to:
- Break free from comparison and self-doubt
- Separate experiences from identity
- Challenge the inner voice that says “I’m not enough”
- Build confidence that isn’t dependent on others
- Understand how relationships and social media impact self-worth
Core Concepts We Teach
Your teen will learn how to break free from three common identity traps:
1. “My worth is based on what others think of me”
Build internal confidence instead of relying on validation
2. “What happens to me defines who I am”
Learn to separate experiences from identity
3. “I have to change who I am to be accepted”
Develop a more authentic and grounded sense of self
A Different Approach to Confidence
Instead of focusing on appearance, popularity, or performance, this group helps teens build identity through:
- Character
- Values
- Purpose
- Spirituality
Final Project: “Who I Am Becoming”
Participants will create a personal identity project (collage, writing, or creative expression) and have the opportunity to share it in a supportive space to help them build confidence and own their voice.
